Overview

FUJIFILM NDT Systems is proud to offer Formal NDT Training in Digital Radiography.

FUJIFILM is committed to helping our customers meet the increasing needs of educating and developing their employees. The various industry requirements for qualification and inspection can sometimes be difficult to implement and document. Our courses are designed to help our customers understand and prepare for these requirements. Our training meets the needs of the industry, our customers and are tailored to meet the qualification requirements of SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189, CP105, FWGIDR, MAI and NAS410

We offer scheduled regional classes for currently certified Level 1, 2, or 3 in RT/Film that need to transition to Digital Radiography “Non-Film” as well as for personnel without any NDT experience. These classes provide the classroom training hours needed by upcoming personnel in preparation for certification as Level 1, 2, and 3 for Digital Radiography Certifications.

FUJIFILM NDT also offers onsite Digital Radiography training courses in your facility. Onsite training brings the instructor, training materials and software applications to your facility which helps reduce the cost of training, travel and reduces production downtime.

Our instructors: Our classes provide training from instructors with real world knowledge and experience in most NDT applications with extensive knowledge and understanding of the industry standards. Our instructors have over 75 years of combined experience in NDT industries including Nuclear, Aerospace, Automotive, and Petro-Chemical industries. Our instructors hold a combination of ASNT Level 3 & NAS410 Level 3 certifications along with real-world experience in both Film and Digital Radiography.

This is a 24 hour (3 day) course developed for currently certified RT/Film Level 1 personnel transitioning from Film to Non-Film to meet the minimum formal training requirements per NAS410. Digital Radiography Level 2 Transition (CR & DDA) 40 Hour:

This is a 40 hour (5 day) course developed for currently certified Level 2 personnel transitioning from Film to Non-Film to meet the minimum formal training requirements per NAS410. With Level 3 approval this class may also be used to transition currently certified RT/Film Level 2 personnel to “CR” or “DR” techniques per the requirements of SNT-TC-1A. This class will consist of formal training using lecture, visual aids, open discussion, quizzes, and hands on experience using Fujifilm’s Dynamix VU software on provided laptops.

FUJIFILM NDT Systems offers onsite Digital Radiography training courses in your facility with the aim of helping employers reduce costs and production downtime. Benefits of onsite training may include:

  • Production downtime can be reduced.
  • Travel expenses can be eliminated (airfare, hotel, rental car, per diem, etc.).
  • Students can receive hands on experience on the equipment used in production.
  • Laptops can be provided for hands-on experience of the Dynamix VU software.

  • More students can attend the class compared to sending multiple students to a remote location.

Registration, Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy:

Students must register at least 15 business days prior to the first day of the scheduled class.

Classes must meet the minimum number of registered students to be held. In the case of a class canceled due to insufficient number of registered students, FUJIFILM will refund 100% of the class fee or reschedule the registered student to another class.

All cancellations or reschedule requests must be received by FUJIFILM in written form. Full refunds for cancellations will be granted if the cancellation is received at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the scheduled class. 50% refunds will be granted if the cancellation is received five to fifteen (5 to 15) business days prior to the scheduled class. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received less than 5 (five) days prior to the scheduled class or for students that fail to show up for the class on the scheduled start day.

FUJIFILM reserves the right to cancel any class due to situations beyond FUJIFILM's control. In this circumstance the student will, at FUJIFILM's discretion, receive either a full refund or be rescheduled for the next available class.
