Coupon Redemption Policy Statement

This letter explains the terms and conditions under which FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. will reimburse customers for coupon submissions. Proper store redemption of our coupons authorizes you to submit coupons for reimbursement by Fuji Photo Film USA, Inc. Your submission of coupons for reimbursement signifies your agreement with the terms and conditions described below.

We ask that you review our coupon requirements, especially noting Section 3, which discusses the use of coupons for charitable or fund-raising purposes. FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. coupons are not to be used in swap boxes. After reviewing the updated requirements, if you have any questions or need further clarification, please call our agent NCH NuWorld Marketing at 1-800-833-7096.

  1. Coupons are redeemable only by a consumer purchasing the exact product(s) indicated. The brand, quantity, size and any other identifying characteristics must match.
  2. FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. will not honor coupons submitted more than six (6) months past the printed expiration date.
  3. Coupons are non-assignable and are void if transferred from their original recipient to any other person, firm or group. FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. does not permit the unauthorized distribution, collection, sale, or assignment of its coupons for any reason. Therefore, coupons are not to be gathered and distributed by any person or group for charitable fund-raising purposes, or otherwise used in any way except as described in Section 1 above.
  4. Coupons are void if taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law.
  5. Coupon reimbursements may not be deducted from invoices.
  6. The consumer must pay any applicable sales tax.
  7. There is a limit of one coupon per purchase of the product and size(s) indicated.
  8. Coupons only redeemable by authorized retailers located in U.S. including Military bases.
  9. Properly redeemed and identified coupons will be accepted by FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. directly from the retailer or through a designated retailer clearinghouse. Coupons from unauthorized intermediary agents will not be accepted.
  10. Retailers must comply with all applicable IRS reporting requirements, including obtaining an appropriate taxpayer identification number.
  11. You will be reimbursed for the face value of coupons, or, if the coupon calls for free merchandise, for your retail selling price (up to the stated cap amount), plus $.08 handling per coupon. FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. will not reimburse clearinghouse transportation costs in excess of $5.00 per thousand coupons submitted. Retailers who submit directly to NCH NuWorld Marketing will be reimbursed reasonable postage.
  12. You must present to FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. upon request evidence of purchase of sufficient stock to cover coupons submitted to us for payment.
  13. The cash redemption value of each coupon is 1/100 of one cent.
  14. FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. will not reimburse for additional discounts given beyond the face value by the retailer allowing, for example, doubling of manufacturer coupons.
  15. FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. reserves the right to deny reimbursement, retain and declare void any coupons presented for redemption that are in mint or mass cut condition, reproduced, photo-copied, trimmed or altered in any way by retailer, in violation of the terms herein, or are otherwise improperly redeemed. FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. reserves the right to forward any such coupons to law enforcement or postal authorities for review.
  16. It is FRAUDULENT to present coupons for redemption other than as provided by this Redemption Policy.
  17. Failure to observe these terms and conditions for proper redemption may, at the sole option of FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. void all coupons submitted for reimbursement and all coupons may be retained as property of FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. without payment. Failure to enforce any terms or conditions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of them.
