Camera Repair

To receive service for your camera, we suggest that you send your camera directly into FUJIFILM North America Corporation for an evaluation. Please ship your product via a carrier service with a means of tracking your package to the address below.

In the packaging please include:

  • A copy of a dated proof of purchase (Limited one year warranty on all Fujifilm digital cameras from date of purchase)
  • A note with a brief description of problem or service requested along with your contact information including a telephone number, shipping address and email address
  • Do not send batteries or accessory items

If your unit is covered under warranty, you will receive an acknowledgment. If your unit is not covered under warranty, you will receive an estimate for the repair prior to any work being done. We also ask that you fill out our repair form and include it with your camera.

How Much Will Repairs Cost? How Do I Pay?

Unless the product is damaged due to mishandling, there will be no repair charges for service to products covered by warranty. Please print out a Repair Form and include it with your request. The product may be considered beyond economical repair; no further work will be done on such items damaged beyond repair. Please read the warranty card for more information. Warranty does not cover shipping expenses and cost for transportation will not be reimbursed. If your product is not covered by warranty, mail it to the Fuji Film Service Facility. After we receive the product, an estimate will be provided and payment can be made with either credit card or check. Please ship your product via a carrier service with a means of tracking your package. Do not send batteries or accessory items. Insure all shipments and please keep a record of the tracking number and product serial number in the event you must trace the package. Fujifilm reserves the right to exchange your camera with the same model if parts are not available. You can also bring the product directly to an Authorized Service Station and make the payment when repair is completed

How Long Will Repairs Take?

Warranty repair time at our Authorized Service Centers average approximately 5 to 10 business days. If the repair must be sent to our Edison Factory Service Center, there will added time. Please do not send batteries or accessory items.

Warranty repairs sent to our Edison Factory Service Center average 10 to 15 business days upon being entered into our system. Due to holidays or parts availability, repair time may increase.
