Ink Dispensers & Agitators

GFI's dispensers use their patented AccureX Precision Dispensing Cylinders (PDC's) that are specially designed with integrated shut-off valves that provides for every ink component to dispense to an accuracy of +/- .001 lb.. The PDC's make the systems mechanically very simple. The dispensed batch of ink is then mixed with GFI's MxR-10 Vortex Mixer that efficiently mixes up to 10 lbs. of most types of offset ink.

Using an Mx Series system cuts up to 40% on ink costs, decreases and manages all ink inventory, converts old colors into new colors and is very environmentally friendly by reducing the amount of waste ink produced.
