C-fit takes advantage of Fujifilm's patented Image IntelligenceTM technologies that have evolved over 70 years of innovative Fujifilm R&D color expertise. This new technology provides a method for controlling and standardizing color images. C-fit automates the process of improving digital images, reducing much of the need for slow and costly manual methods of individually editing images. This results in improved quality control as well as significant cost savings.

Automated Image Enhancement:

Fujifilm's Image IntelligenceTM technology built into C-fit automates the process of analyzing and improving RGB images from various sources, using Face Detection, Skin Smoothing, Light Source Recognition, Exposure Correction, White Balance Adjustment, Sharpness Enhancement, and other improvements to create an RGB Digital Master that is optimized to your color workflow.

Intelligent Colorspace Conversion

C-fit's Color Appearance Mapping technology – also known as 'color fitting' – maps the color gamut of the RGB Digital Master to the maximum gamut potential of the profiled target device. It allows users to convert files to CMYK without changing or losing the feel of the RGB image. This assures the best possible color conversion from original to printed image.

Color-Managed Processing

C-fit also processes fully-composed PDF documents. Each image and graphic within the PDF is evaluated individually, providing intelligent colorspace conversion of each element on the page.
