High-speed UV roll printer ideal for billboard printing

The original Uvistar printer is packed with features to print super fast (5-meter @ 3,900 sq ft/hr) on flexible materials such as PE for billboard applications. The low ink build required to achieve strong colors achieves a very low ink cost-in-use, beating competition and easily justifying the switch from slower, high-cost solvent printers to high-speed UV prints.

The Uvistar Series is designed for quick and easy changeovers from one material to another. The material loading path makes it simple to load new material, yet produces excellent material tensioning for excellent print results. A very short 14” material leader reduces waste and saves money when switching rolls.

The Uvistar design includes an optional set of flatbed tables that can used to print on rigid stocks of any length. This proves an excellent low-cost option for shops that don’t print enough rigid materials to justify a dedicated flatbed printer, yet want to keep occasional rigid printing in-house.

The Uvistar was designed to print fast and economically on flexible materials. The 5-meter model can print on polyethylene (PE) billboard material in single pass mode (1-pass) it at an amazing 3,900 sq ft/hr per hour. It uses a sealed rotary encoder for fast operation and no maintenance.

Uvistar can easily print on multiple rolls at the same time.
