The Acuity Advance X2 UV digital press produces high quality output at remarkable speeds and its 8’ x 10’ table handles up to two 4x8 boards per print bed for maximum productivity.

The Acuity Advance X2 offers the highest quality output in a wide format UV digital press with a print area over 8' x 10'. Designed for print applications requiring fine detail and high resolution imaging, the new larger print area allows the customer to print on oversized substrate or run dual 4' x 8' boards. This allows the operator to set up on half of the bed while printing on the other half for maximum throughput. Like the rest of the Acuity Series, the X2 delivers same high quality on both rigid and flexible substrates, unmatched by any other flatbed printer.

The optional white ink module on the Acuity Advance X2 allows white to be used as part of the image content or as an underprint or overprint layer. Unlike many other printers, the white ink can be printed in-line. This allows much greater flexibility in the application of white within a job. But perhaps what is most impressive is the ability for the Advance to print up to three distinct layers on any given job with rich, opaque Uvijet white ink.

At the heart of the Acuity Advance is imaging technology that allows each print head to produce variable size droplets. This allows the printer to produce sharp, crisp images with smoother transitions and more detail in highlights and shadows.
