Designed to image, rinse and go directly to press, the technology is the epitome of digital flexo plate imaging: complete 3D dot control will allow sharp process images on the same plate as solid images. The plate will not require “processing” of any sort – no solvents, not thermal wicking, just rinse with water and go.

Currently three years into R&D in Japan, Fujifilm North America Corporation is expecting further press and imaging tests in the U.S. late in 2011.
