New wide format media offerings from Fujifilm expand business growth opportunities for retail and professional labs
Valhalla, N.Y., January 7, 2013 –FUJIFILM North America Corporation today introduced three new premium wide format inkjet photo media for use with the Epson/Fujifilm Stylus Pro printers: Photo Paper Pearl 260, Vivid Canvas Board and JetFlex Display Film.
Fujifilm Photo Paper Pearl 260 is a high gloss, resin-coated, inkjet photo paper that incorporates a unique technology which produces images that take on a metallic “look.” Designed to produce prints with exceptional depth and vibrancy the media provides a visually striking appearance that will enhance graphics as well as fine art photos. Available in 24 and 44 inch wide rolls, Fujifilm Photo Paper Pearl 260 incorporates a nonporous receiver layer that dries to the touch instantly.
Fujifilm Vivid Canvas Board takes fine art printing on canvas to a new level by providing a finished product without any post production stretching. This distinctive media uses that same printing substrate as the popular Fujifilm Vivid Canvas, but fuses it onto a museum quality mount board. The result is a semi-gloss, water resistant canvas that allows imagers to produce “art,” from their Epson/Fujifilm Stylus Pro printer to frame, in minutes. Fujifilm Vivid Canvas Board is available in 18”x22” sheets, 20 sheets to a box.
Fujifilm JetFlex Display Film is an ultra-high gloss, white polyester film that stands up to the rigors of trade show display applications while providing the kind of look that is synonymous with silver dye-bleach fine art. Incorporating a nonporous receiver layer that dries to the touch instantly the media offers easy handling as well as exceptional tear resistance. Available in 24 & 44 in wide rolls, Fujifilm JetFlex Display Film, is the media of choice when prints with unsurpassed contract, vibrancy and richness are required.
Fujifilm Wide Format Media are available now.
