What drew you to want to work at Fujifilm?

I was drawn by the products, product quality, and the brand recognition. Fuji has a history of proven innovation, a wide spectrum of products and businesses, and is truly a leading global company.

What have you learned while working at Fujifilm?

I've learned a lot about how to work closely with the sales teams, understand the retail customer inside and out, and manage a brand for financial performance. I've also learned to be flexible; it's essential in a changing business environment.

What surprised you most about working at Fujifilm?

I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of Fuji's commitment to the environment, sustainable growth, and charitable causes.

What is your favorite memory/moment while working at Fujifilm?

Going to the industry trade show PMA for the first time. I got to meet the extended Fujifilm family. I developed a new appreciation of the strength of the Fuji company and witnessed the respect we have from others in the industry.

Is there anything you'd like to say to new and prospective employees?

Be prepared to learn a lot quickly and work hard with a great set of colleagues. Remember to be flexible and adapt quickly to an environment of rapid change.
